Events & Festivals

Each year, as the summer sun erases memories of a long, cold winter, the Park comes alive – and everyone is ready to celebrate. From May through September, special events pack the calendar, making it even more challenging to do everything you’d like during a visit to the Park.

For comprehensive event listings, be sure to visit the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce web site at www.barharborinfo.com, or call the Chamber at (207) 288-5103 for event specifics. Chamber staff members offer a wealth of information about area events, and they’ll be sure to suggest their favorites. You’ll also find information on Park-sponsored events at a www.nps.gov/acad.
