Sunday, February 17th. A fun and educational day for the family. See how ice was harvested for refrigeration in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Ice cutting begins around 9am and continues until late afternoon. Everyone is welcome to help move the ice blocks to the ice house. Enjoy ice skating, horse-drawn wagon rides, food and drinks, and ice house souvenirs. This is a great opportunity to visit the museum, learn, participate, and enjoy the outdoors.
