I'm Seren Huus, a Mainer born and raised. I work: in my (birth) family business, frying seafood at fairs; on my (chosen) family farm, raising pasture-based meat; setting up, running and tearing down rock concerts; and catering with a swanky local company. As you might guess, I don't have a lot of spare time BUT I love to dance, sail and swim in the pond with my fabulous Magnolia and my pup Red, and in cooler months you'll likely find me with a knitting project in hand. I've lived in Maine the vast majority of my life (so far) and I have to say both the people and the food are the most delightful anywhere! I wanted to be part of the Maine Insiders campaign because I'm a HUGE champion of Maine and support more people discovering all the beauty and wonder that Maine offers.
