My passion is music. Well, actually, my passion is music, literature, poetry, dance, art and all of the things that inspire emotion and have the power to enhance our lives and make us better human beings! I am a singer, actor and broadcaster committed to the arts and to Maine. I produce and host a weekday program on the Maine Public Broadcasting Network. I do my best to share beautiful and thought provoking music and to shine a spotlight on musicians and artists creating in Maine. As a singer, I have performed throughout the United States and Europe and I am lucky to be able to collaborate with incredible musicians. I've been called "The Queen of Classical" by the Portland Press Herald and "The Anti-Diva" by Downeast Magazine, two nicknames that make me smile! I treasure each performance and the opportunity to explore Maine's talent, musical events, festivals, operas and art exhibits and then share with the world.
