Description
Built in 1793, this massive wood frame building with broad eight-foot wide fireplaces was once home to a prosperous Yankee entrepreneur and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Lovingly restored and meticulously maintained,
the Inn offers warmth, charm, and eye-pleasing details that are very much in keeping with its history and with the character of this island.
Located on Deer Isle, visitors to Pilgrim's Inn can enjoy some of the best kayaking and sailing on the Maine Coast, along with hiking, access to Isle au Haute, numerous art galleries, scenic drives and much more.
