Description
Year round backcountry lodging. Two eco-friendly yurts are a 5 minute walk into the quiet peaceful woods. Pack sleds and carts avaialable to get your gear out. Fully furnished rustic accommodations. They sleep 6-8 people on bunks and pull out futon couches. Gas lights and cookstove and all the cooking and eating utensils you need. Wood stove and plenty of firewood but no running water. Private porta potty. XC Ski and snowshoe right from the door on 60 acres of private trails. Hike to the top of Frost Mountain for spectacular views of Mt Washington. Hang out by the outside firepits or play one of the many games inside the yurt. Solar showers available in warmer months. Pet-friendly. 5 miles south of Fryeburg Maine.
