Description
The Wells Reserve is a national treasure. It is 2,250 acres of protected land, a restored saltwater farm called Laudholm, and a natural haven. And it is open for the public to enjoy every day.
Walk our network of trails to explore the beauty of a coastal ecosystem. The Wells Reserve at Laudholm manages grasslands, freshwater wetlands, salt marshes, and one of the last undeveloped sand beaches in Maine. Many trails cover a variety of habitats and all offer rich opportunities for discovery.
Explore on your own or join one of many naturalist-led walks. Our calendar lists more than 100 programs each year.
