Mid-Coast premiere destination for extended stay visitors. The Manor, built in 1767, is a three acre property on Lake Chickawaukie for swimming or paddling fun. We're a convenient walk or bike to downtown Rockland. Traveling professionals, artists on retreat or vacationers wanting the comfort of a home away- without the expense of a nightly hotel- love the sun-filled rooms and gardens. Our eco-sensibility is reflected in our housekeeping and landscaping practices. We offer four queen bed suites, each with private bath, desks, iPod docks and WiFi service. Guests share full use of the kitchen, formal dining room, fireplaces, sun-room and washer/ dryer. Catered meals and shuttle service from local airport, bus and train station. No smoking.
