Your facilitators:
Ed Gabrielsenteaches meditation, mantra chanting, Dharma Studies and hatha yoga in Norway, Maine He has given talks on Buddhist Dharma in yoga studios, dharma centers, churches, retreat centers and hospitals in Maine, Texas, New Mexico and Italy.

Jen Deraspe,founder of Nurture Through Nature, is an holistic life coach, hatha yoga instructor and certified facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie. She has been leading retreats, workshops and coaching clients from all over the country since 1999.

This all inclusive retreat includes organic vegetarian meals beginning with Fri. dinner, ending with lunch on Sun, 2 nights shared eco-cabin stay, sauna, private hiking trails, & programming.
